Michael Parrillo has been studying various Martial Arts styles as well as Military combat fighting systems for almost two decades. He is a United States Marine, Martial artist, Law Enforcement Professional and member of a Special Operation Group. He was awarded the Leatherneck award for outstanding performance by the USMC in 2001. He was recognized in 2012 as a top instructor of Law Enforcement professionals by his department. Trained by the USMC at Camp Geiger, NC and Fort Dix, NJ in the use of M16A2, M203 Grenade Launcher, M4 Carbine, 50 Caliber Machine gun, M249 SAW, Mark 19, hand Grenades and close quarters bayonet . He has also attended schools by the USMC in Patrolling, Terrorism, identifying/countering improvised explosive devices, Land Navigation, pistol marksmanship, urban combat and operations.

In addition to his naval Career. Jon is a lifelong martial artist with over 32 years of experience in various martial arts including American Kenpo, Filipino Martial arts, boxing Muay Thai and Silat. He is currently an Assistant instructor of Filipino Martial Arts at Princeton Academy of Martial Arts.
